photoWe began growing flowers in Talbot County in 1987 mainly as a wholesale operation. We moved to our present location in 2002, and were able to expand.  We grow an interesting selection of annuals, perennials, shrubs, potted herbs, and vegetables.  We also grow some seasonal crops, such as potted bulbs for Spring (daffodils, tulips and hyacinths) and mums in the Fall.

We are focused on a horticultural and artistic endeavor that we sometimes refer to as Hort-Art. Bob has been creating the handsome and practical hyper-tufa containers. We grow great succulents for our customers to use in these containers. We also carry hard goods, such as potting soil, fertilizers, and other items that gardeners might need to keep their flowers and plants looking good.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and personal service. If we do not have something you are looking for we will try to locate it. At the present time, we do not accept credit or debit cards, cash or checks only. We tell our customers that they can work for their plants, so far we have not had anyone take us up on that one!

We also have the good fortune of great birdlife. People are always excited to see our resident bluebirds and the daily sitings of bald eagles.  In the summer we have the hummingbirds flitting in and out of the greenhouses, so its nice for people to see nature at its best. We feel very blessed.
